Every future chart has to earn its way onto the page.

Rate Archive keeps raw evidence, normalized values, and publication decisions separate. A parser failure cannot silently rewrite history.

    Fetch the exact official file or page within strict cost and access limits.

    Receipt

    Hash the bytes, retain the source URL, and store a content-addressed copy.

    Normalize

    Map only dictionary-defined fields. Preserve imputation codes and blank cells.

    Review

    Flag revisions, discontinuities, and conflicts before a value can be public.
